Frequently Asked Questions
Will I get confirmation of my registration? None are sent - unless you register online. (Hotmail account users - be sure to read the special note at the bottom of this page.)
Assume the course will be held at the time and place indicated and that you are enrolled unless you hear differently from our office.
I can't view my registration form online?
If you have a pop up blocker you may need to disable it in order to have the registration form appear.
How do I enter my credit card information?
When typing in your card number, please leave a space between each set of four (4) numbers. Example: 1234 5678 1234 5678
Can I take any computer applications courses with no experience?
Basic computer knowledge is required for classes not marked as beginner and especially for courses for Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
